Only engineer on a SaaS platform for business operations, including UK private clinics. Designed the database, built the backend APIs and frontend, and handled production deployments on AWS. Built an AI email support agent that looks up answers in a knowledge base and replies to customer queries in about 30 seconds. Set up a modular MCP server layer so third-party APIs could be plugged in the same way, cutting repeated integration work.
